Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Solution Architect - ServiceNow to provide pre-sales technical assessments, design, and development of Cloud & Data Center solutions and services. This role will work cross-departmentally with Zones Sales, Service Delivery, TSC, PPM, and Marketing teams to act as a liaison and ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Requirements
- Act as the SME for the Zones ServiceNow Practice, with deep understanding of platform capabilities
- Assist in the development of ServiceNow products, services, and solution offerings, aligned to GTM strategy
- Lead internal enablement initiatives across Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Delivery to drive ServiceNow market penetration
