Job Description
We are developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous robotaxi fleet and seeking a Senior City Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our L3 test vehicles and robotaxi fleet.
Requirements
- Lead, develop, and manage teams of Zoox and contingent workforce personnel
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet performance
- Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle deployments, maintenance tracking, and service coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of technology updates and service enhancements
- Establish and monitor KPIs for service reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction
