Team Lead, Fusion Center Operations (2nd Shift)

The Fusion Center Operations team at Zoox ensures our autonomous vehicle completes missions by leveraging real-time remote human context to navigate complex scenarios. As a Fusion Center Operations Senior Team Lead, you will lead a team of tacticians to ensure they understand and execute both short- and long-term targets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• 3+ years of experience as an Instructor or Lead within an operations team in a highly cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to problem-solve and improve operational efficiency
• Experience working in a complex technical environment
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
