Head of People, Technology Innovation and Operations

• Significant experience leading People Technology and People Operations within a scaling technology-led or financial services organisation
• Demonstrable experience delivering people systems transformation
• Deep expertise in evolving People Operations maturity
• A strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Proven programme and change leadership capability
• Experience building, leading and coaching high-performing teams
