Zoro.com is a leading eCommerce platform offering nearly 12 million tools, parts and supplies for our business customers. The Director, Product Information is responsible for defining and executing Zoro’s product information strategy across its endless assortment.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end product information strategy
• Define experience-led product data standards
• Define and lead the multi-year AI roadmap for Product Information
• Establish and evolve enterprise-wide product information standards
• Drive scalable product data enrichment
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing organization
