Client Relationship Manager, Multi-Specialty

Zotec Partners is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business management or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in medical billing client service. The position is remote and requires a strong understanding of revenue cycle management, industry trends, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business Management or Accounting; graduate level degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical billing client service role
• Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, industry trends
• Ability to confidently interpret RCM data and communicate results, trends and opportunities to clients
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team environment
