Client Relationship Manager, Radiology

Zotec Partners is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team, serving as the primary liaison with assigned clients and working to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results.

Requirements

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned clients' overall business needs and RCM goals
• Review and analyze RCM metrics to assess and optimize performance
• Conduct client meetings to review RCM performance, practice trends, and advise clients on business/industry issues impacting the practice
• Provide client feedback to organization and leverage support of and bringing to bear the appropriate resources within Zotec
• Alert the sales team to opportunities for growth with referrals from existing clients
