Senior Vice President of People and Culture

At Zotec Partners, our People make it happen. We are seeking a SVP of People and Culture to join our team, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including leading teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated success driving culture, engagement, and organizational transformation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable people initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship‐building skills.
