As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will partner closely with the executive team to design, develop, and implement people strategies that support the organizationâs long-term goals. This role serves as a strategic and tactical advisor to senior leadershipâchampioning excellence in people practices, driving operational alignment, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple HR functions
- Experience working in unionized environments (required), with exposure to day-to-day labor relations matters
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial understanding
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and strengthen executive presence
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel as needed
