The Growth & Sales Lead will lead the acquisition strategy of students, optimizing the capture funnel for all Zrive programs, and design and build an effective and efficient student capture process. Responsibilities include designing and executing lead capture strategies, building and optimizing a conversion funnel, and proposing, designing, and executing growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lead capture, funnel optimization, and conversion
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute and enjoy sales
- Experience managing performance campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Knowledge of CRM, automation, and lead nurturing
- Analytical ability to measure, iterate, and continuously optimize performance
