Principal Product Specialist

Zscaler is seeking a Principal Product Specialist for the Zero Trust Browser team to provide technical leadership for Zscaler’s Zero Trust Browser solutions, owning product success and architectural strategy throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within the infrastructure technology or cybersecurity industry
• Deep technical domain expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, privileged access use cases, and modern web security controls
• Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns for web and private applications
• Proven track record of developing technical collateral and supporting go-to-market initiatives that drive successful sales outcomes
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical practitioners and executive leadership
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and customer-facing teams
