Principal Product Specialist (Eastern Time)

Zscaler is seeking a Principal Product Specialist to provide technical leadership for Zero Trust Browser solutions, owning product success and architectural strategy throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep technical domain expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, and modern web security controls, with a proven track record of developing technical collateral and supporting go-to-market initiatives that drive successful sales outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within the infrastructure technology or cybersecurity industry
• Deep technical domain expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, privileged access use cases, and modern web security controls
• Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns for web and private applications
• Proven track record of developing technical collateral and supporting go-to-market initiatives that drive successful sales outcomes
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical practitioners and executive leadership
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and customer-facing teams
