Principal Product Specialist

Zscaler is looking for a seasoned Principal Product Specialist to join their team, responsible for supporting growing and sustaining Zscaler core businesses revenues, with a special focus on ZIA and ZPA product lines. The role involves partnering with Product Management leadership, streamlining field operations, and providing assistance to Sales Engineers and Architects throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in either managing a pre-sales team as a hands-on technical leader, or as a Product Specialist or an outbound Product Management role
• Experience working in a platform company to help with growing and sustaining revenue
• Deep understanding of SWG, ZTNA, Proxies, Firewalls, VPN and data path technologies
• Deep understanding of authentication and identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track the engagement and activity using project management tools
