Senior Technical Success Manager

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to join their Customer Success Organization in Tokyo, Japan. The role requires 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and strong technical acumen in cloud services architectures, web-based security, networking, or infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Delivery, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions
• Professional-level communication skills in Japanese, with the ability to consultatively influence internal and external decisions
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to align business challenges to the Zscaler portfolio for desired security outcomes
• Ability to analyze customer data to develop tailored adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans
