Business System Analyst - HR & Legal Systems at Zuora. Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing applications that enable HR (ZEO Success) and Legal operations. Collaborate with HR and Legal stakeholders to optimize business processes, strengthen system functionality, and support the introduction of new tools and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HRIS Analyst supporting HR, or Legal applications
- Familiarity with HR processes (HCM, Absence, Compensation) and experience partnering with HRIS teams
- Experience supporting or implementing Legal systems (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management or eSignature platforms) preferred
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate them into functional solutions
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, and change management processes preferred
