Lead Technical Consultant

Zuora is looking for a Lead Technical Consultant to join their India team in Chennai. The role involves working with solution architects and customers to implement Zuora products and providing technical expertise to customers.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of technical experience
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting roles within a professional services organization
• Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science or in Business preferred
• Code experience such as Java, Java script, Python, Salesforce APEX, SQL, PLSQL or another programming language
• Object oriented framework experience
• Ability to review API documentation and use APIs to implement the solution and troubleshoot API integrations
• Ability to understand the requirements clearly and implement them to have smooth customer experience
• Understand the Zuora product
• Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level
