Job Description
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a CNC / Multi Machine Operator to setup and operate CNC 3-Axis vertical mill and computer controlled lathe. The successful candidate will maintain dimensions, concentricity, and surface finishes as specified on drawings, and work with a variety of standard and special jobs with a range of operations to be performed.
Requirements
- Setup and operate CNC 3-Axis vertical mill and computer controlled lathe
- Write machine computer programs for dimensions specified on drawings
- Select proper tools, fixtures, tool holders, holding devices, etc.
- Use all measuring instruments required to verify that parts are manufactured to drawing requirements
- Inspect parts in accordance with sound machining practices and established inspection procedures
