Job Description
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a CNC Operator / Multi Operator to setup and operate CNC 3-Axis vertical mill and computer-controlled lathe to moderate tolerance, maintaining dimensions, concentricity, and surface finishes as specified on drawings.
Requirements
- Setup and operate CNC 3-Axis vertical mill and computer-controlled lathe
- Write machine computer programs for dimensions specified on drawings
- Select proper tools, fixtures, tool holders, holding devices, etc.
- Maintain correct relationship of surfaces, concentricities and related dimensions
- Use all measuring instruments required to verify that parts are manufactured to drawing requirements
- Inspect parts in accordance with sound machining practices and established inspection procedures
