Supervisor, Production

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of the assigned team, managing personnel, daily metrics, and improvements to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery. The position reports directly to the Value Stream Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience
• Project Management experience
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent people skills with ability to maintain internal and external relationships
• Strong computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and MRP systems
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred
