Lead ZURU's Consumer Goods growth in France across Beauty, Baby, Home, Pet and Confectionary. Own and deliver sales, gross margin, and profitability targets for assigned French key accounts.
Requirements
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods
- Solid analytical capabilities with experience using data (e.g. Nielsen / NIQ, IRI, Kantar) and customer data
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, JBPs, and category growth with French retailers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills in French; professional English required
- Master’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent) or relevant commercial experience
