Solutions Engineer, Delivery & Automation

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer who can solve technical problems, make customers successful, and innovate on process. You'll lead end-to-end onboarding, integrate customer systems, build automation, and drive customer success through technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on technical implementation, solutions engineering, or systems integration experience
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) and major EMRs (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth)
• Strong API and data pipeline experience
• Comfort with data platforms (Snowflake, SQL databases) including schema design and query optimization
• Python scripting skills and SQL fluency
• Understanding of secure environments and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
