Zynga is seeking a Director of Game Economy to join their team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will lead economic strategy across multiple games, analyzing and optimizing economic health, designing pricing and reward systems, and training internal teams to manage the economy independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven track record of optimizing complex game economies
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Excel, and experience with SQL, R, or Python
- Leadership experience in growing junior talent into strong economists and leading strategic initiatives
- Deep-seated interest in Free-to-Play mechanics and a sophisticated understanding of how to balance player experience with sustainable monetization
