Job Description
The SMT Process Engineer will optimize manufacturing performance, lead facility and maintenance operations, and drive process improvements in an aerospace and industrial manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Surface Mount Technology equipment
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing process engineering and/or facility projects
- Prior experience leading teams
- Proficiency in maintenance planning tools
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance requirements and building/facility systems
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving
- Strong leadership, communication and team-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work cross-functionally
