Job Description
We're looking to add a SMT Process Engineer to our team in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing technical manuals, drawings, and models for automated equipment and processes, and will work to improve yield, quality, and line performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (ME/EE/MfgE/IE or related)
- 3 years of PCBA process engineering experience
- Strong SMT and soldering expertise
- Experience driving yield/quality improvements and leading root cause investigations
