Call Center Representative

This role is for a full-time Switchboard Operator responsible for handling incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and providing information to callers. The operator is expected to manage calls, handle complaints, and assist with outgoing calls, ensuring accuracy and efficient operation of the switchboard system. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and providing updates to Information Resources Management Service (IRMS).
