Account Manager- University, Team Lead

12twenty is seeking a Team Lead to manage and develop a team of Account Managers. This role is focused on team leadership, forecasting, and driving performance across retention and expansion.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
• Proven track record of retention, expansion, and team leadership
• Experience managing or mentoring reps in a team lead or manager capacity
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and performance coaching skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelors degree
