Revenue Cycle Manager - Billing

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management departments for a multi-specialty group practice.

Requirements

• Manages assigned staff
• Monitors weekly ROI, indexing, separating, and transcription numbers
• Facilitates and assists in the training and development of existing and new team members
• Responsible for Quality and Assurance of claims review
• Serves as liaison between Office Coordinators, Medical Secretaries, and Insurance Verification Specialists
• Audits team members' work for accuracy and efficiency
• Assists Director of Revenue Cycle and COO with preparing and presenting reports
• Actively participates in A/R management, patient collections, and other business office functions
• Supports and maintains a work environment that embodies professional excellence, teamwork, integrity, and confidentiality
