Job Description
Responsible for ensuring correct and timely reimbursement from insurance companies, reviewing and posting office and surgical charges, and collecting outstanding balances from patients.
Requirements
- Two years prior experience in a private practice or hospital billing/business office
- Insurance billing experience utilizing CPT, ICD-10 and modifier coding
- High school diploma or G.E.D required
- Athena One EMR and Centricity experience preferred
