We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide operational support to our HR service team and clients. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to help startups build their HR foundation and framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Capital/Resources, I/O Psychology, or Communications preferred
- 5+ years prior experience in HR Coordinator and/or HR Generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Start-up and/or full-cycle HR experience preferred
- Experience working in a multi-state environment preferred
