Requirements

• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and glasses
• Prepare condiments and ensure product replenishment
• Prepare cocktails according to established recipes
• Prepare beers according to in-place standards
• Prioritize first orders and prepare drinks
• Serve plates to clients during peak hours
• Set tables according to established standards and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after service
• Maintain the cleanliness of workspaces and the restaurant
• Be visible and entirely available to clients at all times
• Be a team player by supporting colleagues as needed
