Business Development Representative DACH

360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. As the owner of top priority accounts, you will create business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification.

Requirements

• First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
• Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
• Native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
• Enthusiasm for our culture
