The Business Client Advisory Services Manager, Americas will provide excellent client services to 360T clients, manage and solve incoming requests, and build relationships with key client contacts. The role requires 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Requirements
- Provide excellent service for new and existing customers
- Smoothly manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clients
- Ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
- Conduct client platform trainings (interactive and remote)
- Maintain, document, analyze and improve existing workflows and processes
- Oversee various project stages (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setups)
- Participation in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and various new features on our platform
- Close interaction and cooperation with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, IT, etc.)
