We are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Japan.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of success in enterprise sales with a track record of quota achievement as an individual contributor.
- Proven success closing five- to six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach, with a focus on self-sourcing and developing new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with the ability to proactively build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and outbound engagement.
- Proficiency in pipeline management and sales activity tracking using tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted, productive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Native level proficiency in Japanese with at least high business level English. Proficiency in an additional APAC language (Korean, Chinese, etc) would be a plus.
