Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager will organize, coordinate and manage human resource policies and procedures, benefit programs, recruitment and retention programs for the company.

Requirements

• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
• Develops and maintains job descriptions working with relevant manager
• Manages onboarding process including offer, pre-employment screening, E-Verify, new hire paperwork, conduct new hire orientation, etc.
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide development for all employees
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
• Establish performance review process (30/60/90 day, quarterly and annual) to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
• Review, establish and administer benefit programs; Health Insurance, 401(K), SERP, COBRA, FMLA
• Manages workers compensation claims, rehabilitation work program
• Responsible for monthly reports including but not limited to headcount, organizational structure, recruitment expenses, etc.
• Preparation and filing of Grant program
• Preparation and/or coordination of government reporting including but not limited to EEOC, Veteran, and Affirmative Action Plan
• Work with HR team to update company Intranet page
• Coordinates company social functions including Company Picnic, Company Christmas Party, luncheons, Retirement Partys, etc.
