Driver Operations Manager

We're hiring a Driver Operations Manager to own and improve driver performance within our Los Angeles market. You'll analyze driver data, identify performance gaps, and turn insights into concrete actions executed by Ops Coordinators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, logistics, or a similar execution-heavy role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and drive action
• Experience working with performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable guidance for frontline teams
• Strong ownership mentality and bias toward action
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support operations as needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across analytical and operational teams
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with rideshare platforms (Uber, Lyft) or fleet operations is a strong plus
