Desktop Support Engineer will handle incidents and service requests, provide near desk support, and ensure effective desktop support services in accordance with performance standards. Must have a minimum 1-3 years' experience in Windows Desktop support, professional level German and English language skills, and experience in Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and MS Office 365.

- 1-3 years' experience in Windows Desktop support
- Professional level German and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, and MS Office 365
- Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices
- Enterprise encryption solutions
- Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities, and meet SLA's
- Excellent communication, rapport building, and internal customer service skills
