The Desktop Support Engineer will handle incidents, service requests, and near desk support, providing services to end-users, asset audits, and asset inventory management.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support
- Business level English language skills
- Good knowledge of ticketing and monitoring tools
- Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions
- MacOS support
- Mobile device management, Enterprise encryption solutions
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Asset management experience
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, rapport building, and internal customer service skills
