Desktop Support Engineer

The role involves providing desktop support services to end users, including near desk support, incident handling, and service requests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in a customer-facing IT support role.

Requirements

• Clear verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload effectively
• Knowledge of Service Desk operations
• Knowledge of current Windows operating systems
• PC and laptop hardware set up, configuration and support
• Basic networking skills
• Proven experience in a customer facing IT support role
