Job Description
We are seeking a Body System (BIW & Closures) Expert to deliver high-quality costing analyses and technical insights related to vehicle body systems, including Body-in-White, closures, and exterior components.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in body system engineering, automotive cost engineering, or automotive purchasing engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Strong knowledge of body manufacturing processes such as stamping, forging, welding, casting, extrusion, painting, and assembly
- Advanced expertise in costing and design-to-cost methodologies
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, manufacturing processes, and tooling concepts
- Ability to analyze complex engineering systems and cost trade-offs
- Fluent English (written and spoken); French or German is a plus
