Job Description
AAA is hiring for a full-time Member Representative I in the Alpena, MI Branch Office. The successful candidate will provide high-level support services to members, including sales and service functions, and administrative support to travel and insurance agents.
Requirements
- Attain and maintain a state property & casualty license within 60 days of hire
- Successful completion of customer service, club, and travel and payment processing training within 6 months of hire
- Demonstrated experience with customer-focused service, insurance policy servicing, and payment processing
