Member Representative II (Property & Casualty Insurance License)

AAA, the nation’s largest automobile club, is hiring for full-time, licensed Member Representatives at the Southeast Grand Rapids, MI Branch Office. The Member Representative II will provide a high level of support services to members related to sales and service functions, including servicing insurance policies, processing applications, and selling travel and membership products.

Requirements

• Possess the appropriate state property & casualty license
• Successful completion of customer service, club and travel and payment processing training within 6 months of hire
• Demonstrated experience with and proven competency in customer focused service, servicing insurance policies, taking payments, and promoting the sale of insurance products and/or travel and membership products
