Job Description
AAA, the nation’s largest automobile club, is hiring for a full-time, licensed Member Representative II in the Livingston County, MI Branch Office. The position provides a high level of support services to members related to the sales and service function, including servicing insurance policies, processing applications, and selling travel and membership products.
Requirements
- Possess the appropriate state property & casualty license
- Successful completion of customer service, club and travel and payment processing training within 6 months of hire
- Demonstrated experience with and proven competency in the following: customer service, insurance policy servicing, payment processing, and sales of insurance and travel products
