ABA Behavior Technician

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly with children and young teens with autism to help them build essential life skills. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized treatment plans, use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching, and collect and track progress data.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• Valid driver's license or state ID
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• RBT certification or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field
