We are seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly with children and young teens with autism to help them build essential life skills. Requirements
- Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn new skills
- Collecting and tracking progress data with care and accuracy
- Collaborating with your supervisor and team to support each child's goals
- Building trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates
- Completing session notes and other administrative tasks on time
