ABA Behavior Technician

ABA Pathways is seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly with children and young teens with autism to help them build essential life skills. The ideal candidate will be kind, patient, and adaptable, with a strong ability to communicate and thrive in a team environment.

Requirements

• Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Using positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn new skills
• Collecting and tracking progress data with care and accuracy
• Collaborating with your supervisor and team to support each child’s goals
• Building trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates
• Completing session notes and other administrative tasks on time
