Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Karachi and work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, performance, and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in HRBP roles (preferably within the technology sector).
- Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, and change management.
- Familiarity with technology workforce trends, skill requirements, and labor market dynamics.
