Cyber Security Analyst III

Role Overview

Abacus Technology is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to provide technical support for the AFCENT Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) at Shaw AFB. This is a full-time position.

What You Will Do

Analyze network intrusion detection systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and develop methods to detect and prevent intrusive activities. Install, configure, and maintain security devices, and analyze network logs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 5+ years of experience in cyber security, CISSP certification, and Network+ or CCNA certification. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in cyber security
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• CISSP certification
• Network+ or CCNA certification
• ITIL v5 Foundations certification
• Firewall experience
• Intrusion detection and vulnerability assessments experience
• Microsoft Windows technologies experience
• Linux experience
• Networking experience
• Cisco and Juniper experience
• US citizenship
• Top Secret clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI)
