Our client, an award-winning 5-star hotel, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their banqueting kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in 4/5-star hotels, preferably in banqueting or high-volume environments.

• Experience in banqueting or high-volume environments
• Ability to manage a kitchen section
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to support and develop junior chefs
