Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of work experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
• Experience in Sales Management, Key Account Management, Customer Marketing, Sales Planning, Customer Strategy, Customer Development, or Category Management
• Proven ability to drive change, improve processes, and navigate a headquarter environment
• Strong financial acumen, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to sell ideas and concepts
