The Senior Manager, Tech Ops - Change & Transformation will provide communications support to the VP, Tech Ops, develop and execute communications strategy, and establish, lead, and scale the change management capability across Tech Ops. The role will be responsible for events that promote employee culture programs and develop communication objectives, strategies, tools, and vehicles to showcase and promote employee culture in support of existing and/or new programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Planning, Change Management, Communications or equivalent communication-related major
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in a high-level communications environment in Business, Technology, or Bio-tech
- Direct experience producing executive communications in multiple forms (speeches, presentations, correspondence, etc.) a must
